摘  要:基于焦炉蓄热室的结构特点以及内部的流动过程,以质量守恒定律和动量守恒定律为基础,建立了焦炉蓄热室的小烟道及斜道区域的三维数理模型。利用数值模拟的方法对模型进行求解,揭示了蓄热室内气体流动的规律,计算出小烟道区域的相对压力分布以及篦子砖出口处和斜道出口处的气体流量分布。研究结果表明:从机侧到蓄热室中心处,相对压力值逐渐增大。在相同规格条件下,靠近蓄热室中心处的篦子砖出口流量偏大。由于结构的对称性,焦侧蓄热室的流量分布规律与机侧蓄热室的规律一致。合理的布置篦子砖规格有利于蓄热室长向加热均匀性。从机侧到焦侧,斜道出口的流量呈逐渐增大的趋势。而两侧炉头因其散热量比较大,故其气体流量较之中部立火道有所增大。According to the structure and process characteristics of regenerator in coking oven, a three dimension mathematical model was built to describe the flowing process in the flue and ramp area, the model was numerical solved and the law of the gas flow in regenerator was revealed, the pressure, flow distribution of the oulet in the flue and ramp area were obtained. The results show that the relative pressure along the length direction of the coking oven increases gradually; when the structure size is the same, the outlet flow of the grate brick which is nearer to the center of regenerator was greater. As the symmetry of the structure, law of the gas flow at the coke side in regenerator is the same as the machine side; it is good for the temperature uniformity along the length direction to adjust the size of grate brick legitimately. From machine to coke side, the gas flow at the outlet of the ramp area is increasing gradually except the furnace end; they are larger than others because of the greater heat dissipation.
