摘 要:通过对比不同粒度气煤和瘦煤的显微结构,探讨了气煤、瘦煤粒度的控制机制。研究结果表明:参与配煤炼焦的气煤粒度不宜过大或过小,应控制在合理范围;瘦煤经细粉碎参与配煤炼焦,有利于提高焦炭质量;此外,探讨了提高弱黏结性炼焦煤配用量的关键技术,气煤和瘦煤配用量可达到30%,且确保焦炭质量不下降。By comparing microstructure of coke coked from different size gas coal and lean coal, the mechanism of coal grain size adjustment was deeply discussed. The results show that the grain size of gas coal cannot oversize and also cannot undersize, it should be controlled in a reasonable size, which can improve coke quality when it participated in blending. The coke quality also can be improved by reasonable comminuting lean coal. The optimization blending of increasing weak caking coal was also discussed. The good coke quality can be obtained through using the technique when the blending ratio of gas coal and lean coal is up to more than 30 %.
