摘 要:目的獉獉:观察海洛因成瘾者认知和冲动性的改变,探索与海洛因成瘾者冲动性改变相关的关键脑区。方法獉獉:采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、Barratt冲动行为自评量表(BIS-11)和Iowa赌博试验(IGT)对76名海洛因成瘾者和78名正常对照者进行认知和冲动性的评估,并使用核磁共振扫描仪采集受试者影像学数据。结果獉獉:与正常对照组相比,海洛因成瘾组的MoCA和IGT得分均显著降低,而BIS-11得分显著升高。海洛因成瘾组的缘上回灰质体积较正常对照组显著降低。脑区关联性分析发现,缘上回(Brodmann分区40)灰质体积与冲动性行为表现显著相关,在正常组和海洛因成瘾组均与冲动性自评量表总分呈负相关。结论獉獉:海洛因成瘾者的认知功能受损,冲动性增加。缘上回可能是调节正常对照和海洛因成瘾者冲动性的关键脑区。Objective:To investigate the changes of cognitive and impulsive behaviors in heroin addicts, as well as to explore the key brain regions associated with the impulsivity of heroin addiction. Methods: Three neurocognitive measures (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), Sarratt Impulsiveness Scale 11 th version ( BIS - 11 ) and Iowa Gambling Test (IGT) ) were used to observe the cognitive and impulsive performances of 76 heroin addicts and 78 healthy controls. Then their brain imaging data were collected by magnetic resonance scanner. Results: Compared with healthy controls, a significantly lower score of MoCA and IGT and higher score of BIS - 11 were found in heroin addicts. Only supramarginal gyrus (Brodmann area 40) was markedly associated with impulsive performance. Gray matter volume of supramarginal gyrus was negatively correlated with the total score of BIS - 11 in both heroin addicts and healthy controls. Conclusion: Heroin addicts have higher impulsivity and impaired cognition. Supramarginal gyrus may be involved in regulation of impulsivity.
