摘 要:针对碱渣总量约千万m3的天津港碱渣山,提出了开挖纳渣区进行碱渣填垫、拌制粉煤灰制工程土的联合搬迁治理措施。对软土区开挖边坡进行渗流分析,提出了垂直铺塑的防渗流设计方案;基于软土渗透系数较小,排水效果差,采用排水盲沟结合集水井排水法。碱渣与粉煤灰按拌合形成碱渣土,处理后承载力与素土接近,可达到工程土需要。碱渣山搬迁治理对港口发展及环境治理具有重要意义。Aiming at the relocation of the alkaline mud heap in total volume of about ten million cubic meters from an area in Tianjin Port,a scheme was proposed for the disposal and treatment of the alkaline mud heap, combined with mixing fly ash.Based on permeability analysis carried out on the excavated slope of soft soil,a vertical plastic curtain was designed to stop seepage flow.According to the small value of the permeability coefficient of the soft soil and the poor drainage effect,blind ditch drainage together with catchment sump is adopted. The alkaline mud is then mixed with fly ash to form the alkaline slag soil,wihc is treated to have a bearing capacity close to that of a plain soil that meets the the engineering requirement. The relocation and treatment of the alkaline mud heap is of great significance to the port development and enviromental manage ment.
