摘　　要：首先分析了运输成本对纤维板企业竞争力的影响;然后以工业区位理论为依据,对纤维板企业在市场和原料地直线距离间或之外的选址、市场相同而原料区域与竞争对手相同或不同时的选址、多因素影响下纤维板企业选址三类问题进行了分析;最后以运输成本为基础,提出了纤维板企业选址的相应决策方法,并指出纤维板企业应以运输成本为基准,在充分考虑区域投资成本、投资规模、竞争对手等影响因素的基础上,利用科学的方法进行选址决策。It analysis the impact of transport costs on the competitiveness of fiberboard enterprises. According to industrial location theory, analysis three siting problems of fiberboard enterprises： the area is on the straight llne between the market and the raw materials region, or on out of it; the same market area, the same or different raw material region with competitors; how siting under multiple af- fecting factors, based on transportation costs, proposed fiberboard siting decision methods. And pointed out that fiberboard enterprises should be based on transportation cost, considered of these af- fecting factors such as regional investment costs, the investment scale and competition, used scientific methods for siting decisions.
