摘 要:为了开发可生物降解聚乳酸纤维的纱线产品,将聚乳酸长丝与棉纤维通过Sirofil纺纱技术进行混纺。研究了PLA长丝/棉复合纱线的Sirofil纺纱工艺参数混纺比、长丝一须条间距、捻度对纱线拉伸性能的影响关系。结果得出最优的纺纱工艺为:PLA长丝/棉的混纺比为60/40、长丝一须条间距为8mm、捻度为700T/m,最终制备出性能优越的PLA长丝/棉复合纱线。In order to develop new yam product made of biodegradable PLA filament, the PLA iliament and cotton fiber were blended using sirofil spinning technology. The effect of Sirofil spinning pa- rameters, such as PLA filaments/cotton blending ratio, space between PLA filament and cotton roving, and twist of Sirofil yarn, on the tensile properties of PLA filament/cotton blended yarn, was studied. Finally, the optimum Sirofil spinning parameters are as followed: 60/40 blending ratio, 10mm space between PLA filament and cotton roving, 700T/m twist of Sirofil yam. And the PLA filament/cotton blended yarn which had excellent performances was made out.
