摘　　要：本文反思了规划的工程模型,认为该模型将被新的、更合适的规划模型——非欧几里得规划模型所替代。本文认为非欧几里得规划模型具有规范、创新、政治、互动和基于社会学习五个特征。This article rethinks the engi- neering model of planning and argues that this model will be replaced by a new and more appropriate model, the non-Euclidi- an mode of planning. A non-Euclidian planning model has five characteristics. It would he normative, innovative, poli- tical, transactive, and based on social learning.
