摘  要:基于利用FAST仪器对4种微细旦粘胶长丝仿丝绸面料的基本力学性能与风格研究,发现其剪切刚度与总紧度比是真丝绸面料的1.52—2.80倍,面料悬垂性及尺寸稳定性明显优于真丝面料,而其耐褶皱能力小于真丝面料且面料交织阻力较大,细旦粘胶长丝面料单位紧度透气量及透湿率明显小于真丝面料,可对同类产品研究提供借鉴。Based on the use of FAST instrument, the basic mechanical properties and style of the four kinds of micro - fine denier viscose filament silk fabric was studied and found that the shear stiff- ness and total tightness ratio is 1.52 to 2.80 times the silk fabric, fabric drapability and dimensional stability significantly superior than silk fabrics while resistant fold is less than the silk fabrics and fab- rics interwoven gets greater resistance, for the fine denier viscose filament fabrics , units tightness air permeability and water vapor transmission rate is significantly less than the silk fabrics, which provide a reference for similar products.
