摘 要:离子交换树脂是一类功能高分子材料,本文研究了强酸(001×7)和弱酸(110)阳离子交换树脂与钙通道阻滞剂盐酸维拉帕米(VH)的交换反应特性。结果表明,001×7和110树脂与VH的交换率、树脂载药量及反应平衡常数均分别随温度的升高而增加和减少;298K时,两树脂与VH进行交换反应的自由能ΔG°(kJ/mol) 分别为8.5503和6.0911,交换反应热ΔHm°(kJ/mol)分别为100.29和 -22.77;交换反应熵(kJ/mol·K)分别为0.3077和 -0.0968,表明001×7与VH的交换反应是吸热反应,且属于熵增加的反应,即升高温度有利于交换反应的进行;而110与VH 树脂的交换反应是放热反应,且该反应是熵减少的反应,即升高温度不利于交换反应的进行。Ion exchange resins are functional polymers. In this paper the exchange reaction characterization of strongly acidic (001×7) and weakly acidic 110 cation exchange exchangers with verapamil hydrochloride (VH) was described. The drug-resin complexes were prepared by bath method. The contents of VH were determined spectrophotometrically. The pKa of 110 was examined at different temperatures. From experiments, it was found that the exchange rates and drug-loaded as well as apparent equilibrium constants increased or decreased with increasing in temperatures for 001×7 or 110 respectively. The results of 110 were ascribed to the decreased of pka of 110 with the increased in the temperatures. The exchange reaction velocities were increased with increasing in temperatures for 001×7 and 110. The gibbsfree energy, ΔG°(kJ/mol) were found to be 8.5503 and 6.0911 for 001×7 and 110 respectively. The reaction enthalpyΔH°(kJ/mol) were found to be 100.29 and -22.77 for 001×7 and 110 respectively, indicating the exchange reaction was enthermal and exothermal reaction. These results demonstrated that the drug-loaded of 001×7 was greater than that of 110 when the exchange reaction was carried out at elevated temperature although the exchange capacity of 110 was greater than that of 001×7, whereas the exchange reaction velocities of 110 were greater than that of 001×7.
