高效抗逆转录病毒治疗妊娠合并HIV对婴儿生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的分析高效抗逆转录病毒治疗妊娠合并HIV感染对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法选择在本院接受治疗及分娩的妊娠合并HIV感染39例患者作为研究对象,分别给予单药或双药抗逆转录病毒治疗及三联高效抗逆转录病毒治疗,比较两组患者的妊娠结局、新生儿结局、新生儿身高及体质量等情况差异。结果观察组顺产率(45.83%)、新生儿Apgar评分(8.54±1.52)、身高(55.39±3.25)cm均明显高于对照组;HIV阳性率(5.88%)及不良反应发生率(11.76%)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高效抗逆转录病毒治疗可以有效改善产妇及新生儿结局,有效促进婴儿生长发育。[ Objective ] To analyze the effects of highly active anti-retroviral therapy on infant growth and devel- opment of pregnancy with HIV. [ Methods ] 39 cases patients pregnancy with HIV infection were given single or double medicine antiretroviral therapy （art） and Triple highly active anti-retroviral therapy, pregnancy outcome, neonatal outcome, neonatal height, weight between two groups were compared. [ Results ] Observation group vaginal delivery（45.83%）, Apgar score（8.54±1.52）, height （55.39±3.25） cm were significantly higher than control group; HIV positive （5.88%）, adverse reactions （11.76%） were significantly lower than control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusions ] Highly active anti-retroviral therapy can effectively improve maternal and neonatal outcome, effectively promote infant growth and development.
