摘  要:目的研究糖尿病对大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注损伤后血脑屏障通透性的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠120只,随机分为脑缺血组和糖尿病伴脑缺血组,每组60只大鼠。糖尿病模型用链脲佐菌素腹腔内注射制备,用线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血模型。观察各组大鼠神经行为学缺陷;分别用TTC染色法和伊文思蓝注射法检测大鼠脑梗死体积及BBB破坏的程度。结果糖尿病伴脑缺血组大鼠脑梗死体积及BBB开放程度均明显大于其他各组(P<0.05),神经功能损伤也较其他各组明显。结论糖尿病可引起血脑屏障通透性增加,可作为糖尿病对微血管损伤的一个敏感性指标。【Objective】To investigate the effect of diabetes on injury of blood-brain barrier(BBB) in focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats.【Methods】One hundred and twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into cerebral ischemia group(CI group) and cerebral ischemia with diabetes mellitus group(CD group), and 60 rats in each group. Diabetic rat models were made by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, and focal cerebral ischemia models were made by intravascular thread method. The neurological deficits were observed in different groups. The infarction volume and the degree of BBB injury were detected by TTC staining and Evans blue injection respectively. 【Results】The infarction volume and the degree of BBB of CD group were significantly bigger than that of CI group(P 0.05). The neurological deficits in CI group were more serious than that in CD group. 【Conclusions】Diabetes may exacerbate the injury of brain tissue and BBB,which could be a sensitive indicator of diabetes microvascular injury.
