摘 要:为提高野外移动基站太阳电池板的转化效率,采用视日运动轨迹和光敏电阻阵列追踪方式设计了太阳电池板智能追踪系统,系统主要由集中监控中心、太阳电池板控制器和传输网络组成。太阳电池板控制器采用DSP处理器TMS320F2812作为运算和控制核心,通过GPS模块获取当地的纬度和时钟信息,协调完成太阳光线角度的运算,来控制水平和垂直方向的步进电机调整太阳电池板的角度,再经过光敏电阻阵列进行微调,使太阳光与太阳电池板保持垂直。太阳电池板的输出电流、电量和角度状态等信息会通过建立的TCP/IP网络连接传输到监控中心主机上。经6个小时日照实验表明,该系统比太阳能固定电池板能量转化效率提高了10.84%,为野外的移动基站供电提供了可靠保障。In order to improve the conversion efficiency of solar panels mobile base stations in wild field, the solar panel intelligent tracking system was designed using sun trajectory and photosensitive resistor array tracking. And the system was composed of centralized monitoring center, solar panel controller and transmission network. The solar panel controller used the DSP processor TMS320F2812 as the core of operation control and got the local latitude and clock information from GPS module, coordinating the calculation of the sun's ray angle and adjusting the solar panel angle by controlling the stepper motor in the horizontal and vertical directions, and made the sunlight remain vertical with solar panel through photosensitive resistor array. The current output, power and angle state of the solar panel would be transmitted to the monitoring center through the establishment of TCP/IP network connection. The 6 hours experiments showed that the solar energy conversion efficiency was improved by 10.84% than the fixed solar panel which provided a reliable guarantee for the power supply of mobile base station in the wild field.
