摘  要:移动应急照明电源常用作电力部门户外检修作业的照明和动力电源。结合实际应用,针对该移动应急照明电源设计了一套人机交互系统。该人机交互系统的控制器采用STM32F103ZET6芯片,并利用触摸屏作为显示器和输入设备,结合具有信号采集功能的电信号调理电路和固态继电器驱动电路,实现了移动应急照明电源工况的实时监控和触摸开关功能,能够及时准确地向操作者提供该移动电源的工作状态、运行数据,并有效传输和处理操作者输入的指令。经实际应用测试,表明该系统能够及时准确地跟踪和显示移动电源的工况,及时、准确地响应操作者输入的指令。The design of the human-machine-interface system aims at displaying the real-time working conditions of the mobile power supply equipment and enabling the manipulator to manipulate the equipment efficiently, so that the mobile power supply equipment would provide steady voltage and current while working in the wild. The controller was a development board based on the chip STM32F103ZET6. The touch panel was adopted as a monitor and an input device. There were also peripheral circuits such as sampling circuits and driving circuits for solid-state relay (SSR). These parts were combined together to function as a touch switch module while displaying working conditions in the meantime.
