摘 要:介绍了基于MMC的最近电平逼近调制的原理,对输出相电压进行数学分析,并推导出仅与电平数相关的通用数学表达式;在调制过程中对子模块电容电压进行排序,进而选择子模块的投切状态以完成稳压控制,理论分析控制过程。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件下搭建了基于MMC的NLM单端逆变系统,通过仿真,对输出电压谐波特性以及电平数量对谐波的影响进行分析,结果表明谐波特性与理论计算值相一致,验证了表达式的正确性。The principle of nearest level modulation (NLM) based on MMC was introduced, and a mathematical analysis was carried out on the output phase voltage and the generic mathematical representation of the relationship between waveform and the number of level was derived;the voltage of sub-module was ranked in the modulation,then the working state could be choosen based on the result,and a theoretical analysis of the precessing was derived. A simulation system of MMC based inverter system using NLM was implemented in PSCAD/EMTDC, and through the simulation,the voltage of capacitance was controled stability; the harmonic characteristic of NLM and the influence of the number of level on harmonic distortion-ratio was analyzed.The results show that the harmonic characteristic is consistent with the theoretical analysis which verifies the rightness of the generic mathematical representation.
