银杏叶提取物抗热性惊厥作用的探究

摘  要:目的研究不同剂量的银杏叶提取物抗热性惊厥作用。方法取昆明种小鼠32只,随机分为生理盐水组(A组),30 mg/kg银杏叶提取物(GBE)组(B组),50 mg/kg GBE组(C组),70 mg/kg GBE组(D组)。采用热水浴建立小鼠热性惊厥模型,四组小鼠均于腹腔注射,30 min后进行热性惊厥模型的建立。分别记录小鼠惊厥潜伏期、惊厥持续时间、小鼠惊厥数和死亡数。结果所有小鼠经过热水浴后均不同程度地发生惊厥反应,A、D组出现个别小鼠死亡。与A组比较,B组小鼠潜伏期和持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但C、D组都可以显著延长小鼠的惊厥潜伏期,缩短惊厥持续时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物具有抗热性惊厥作用,并且在50 mg/kg剂量下,银杏叶提取物的抗热性惊厥作用较好。Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on rats with febrile con vulsion. Methods Totally 32 Kuming rats were randomly divided into four groups: the normal saline group (group A), the 30 mg/kg GBE group (group B), the 50 mg/kg GEB group (group C ) and the 70 mg/kg GEB group (group D). Hot bath was adopted to estab- lish febrile convulsion model of rats, and the febrile convulsion model was established 30 min after intraperitoneal injection to the rats in the above four groups. Latency period,duration,rats' number and mortality of febrile convulsion in different groups were recorded respectively. Results After hot bath, febrile convulsion occurred in all the rats in different degrees, and deaths ap- peared in group A and group B. Compared with group A ,there was no statistically significant difference on latency period of mice and duration time in group B (P〉0.05), whereas, the latency period of febrile convulsion in both group C and group D was prolonged and the duration was shortened with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract has an effect to resist febrile convulsion, the effect of the Ginkgo biloba extract with the dose of 50 mg/kg is better to febrit convulsion.
