摘 要:从发达国家治理农业面源污染的经验来看,扎实的环境监测和科学的污染负荷评估是制定合理的防控政策的基础和前提。对中国目前的农业面源污染的监测与负荷评估工作进行了系统梳理,从中发现薄弱环节和主要问题,并提出完善农业面源污染监测管理与负荷评估工作的建议,以期为下一步农业面源污染防治工作的开展提供决策参考。From the experiences of developed countries, the scientific pollution load assessment and systematic environmental monitoring are the basis and premise for setting reasonable prevention policy of agricultural non-point source pollution. The monitoring management system of agricultural non point source pollution in China and main methods of pollution load assessment were systematically summarized, base on which, the weak links and main prob- lems existed in these process was analyzed. Finally, the countermeasures for the improvement of monitoring manage- ment and pollution load assessment of agricultural nompoint source pollution in China were proposed, which would provide decision-making reference for the further agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control work.
