摘  要:目的:建立薄层色谱法与表面增强拉曼光谱法联用(TLC-SERS)法快速检测止咳平喘类中成药中非法添加化学成分马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸苯海拉明、枸橼酸喷托维林、磷酸苯丙哌林。方法:利用TLC实现添加成分与中药基质的初步分离,以二氯甲烷-甲醇-水(9∶1∶0.1)为展开剂,紫外光254 nm下检测定位,采用SERS进行专属性鉴别,采用的拉曼光谱仪的激发波长为785 nm以及在分离出的斑点处滴加银胶溶液5μL。结果:10种止咳平喘类中成药中有3种检出添加了上述化学成分,同时还根据信噪比(S/N)=3确定了每种添加化学成分的最低检出限。结论:本方法将TLC与SERS联用,快速、简便、专属、灵敏,实现了止咳平喘类中成药的快速检测,有望用于中药非法添加化学成分的现场检测。Objective: To develop a rapid method with thin layer chromatography(TLC) combined with surface - enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for detection of four kinds of chemicals ( i. e. ehlorpheniramine maleate, di- phenhydramine hydrochloride, pentoxyverine citrate, and benproperine phosphate)illegally added into Chinese pa- tent medicine (CPM) for relieving cough and asthma. Methods: Analytes and pharmaceutical matrices were separa- ted by TLC initially, using dichloromethane - methanol - water ( 9: 1 : 0. 1 ) as the mobile phase and located at UV 254 nm, and then the SERS method was used to complete specific identification. The Raman spectrometer excitation wavelength was 785 nm and the volume of silver colloids dropped in the separated spot was 5 μL. Results: Three out of the ten CPMs for relieving cough and asthma were detected for being added with one of the above - mentioned chemicals,whose lowest limit of detection were determined according to the signal to noise ratio = 3. Conclusion: This simple, fast, specific and sensitive method with the combination of TLC and SERS can be used for rapid detection of chemicals illegally added with CPM for relieving cough and asthma, and would be expected to be a promising on- site detection technique.
