影响花籽山药脱毒试管苗快繁的因素

摘　　要：以花籽山药为试材,研究了植物生长物质、光(或光质)、培养方式等因素对花籽山药试管苗快繁的影响。结果表明:最适宜的培养基为MS+激动素(KT)2.0mg/L+萘乙酸(NAA)0.02mg/L+多效唑(PP333)0.1mg/L;最适宜的光质和培养方式为在蓝光和白光下的液体培养,且液体摇床振荡培养后静止培养的效果较好;此外,带叶茎段较不带叶茎段繁殖系数高。Taking Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb. as test material,the effect of plant growth substances, light （or light quality） ,develop methods for Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb. plantlets propagation were studied. The resuhs showed that：the most suitable medium was MS＋KT 2. 0 mg/L＋NAA 0. 02 mg/L＋PP333 0. 1 mg/L;the most appropriate way for the light quality and training of liquid culture were under blue and white,the effect of the static culture after the liquid shaking culture was better;in addition,stem with leaf had higher propagation coefficient than stem with no leaf.
