教师管理研究发展态势的文献计量分析

摘　　要：近年来,教师管理研究逐渐受到了学术界的关注。根据CNKI数据库1993-2012年核心期刊中关于教师管理研究的文献情况,分别从文献数量与年份分布、关键词分析、研究主题分析、论文合著分析、核心作者分析、作者区域分布、来源期刊分布、引文分析等维度进行文献计量分析。结果表明:研究成果呈总体增长、局部波动的发展趋势;研究主要关注点突出,对薄弱层面关注不够;作者区域分布不平衡,合作水平有待提高;来源期刊核心效果明显,研究成果分布偏于分散;引文类型较为丰富,个别关注不够。Recently,research on teachers＇ management has been the concern of the academic circles. This study makes some bibliometric analysis about the research on teachers＇ management on the quantity and the annual distribution ,keywords analysis ,research topics,thesis co-authored situation,core writers＇ analysis, authors＇ dist- ribution,journals distribution,citation analysis,etc in core journals of 1993-2012 from CNKI database. The results show that the achievements in this field increase totally and surge in the part;the main focus is prominent, but it＇s short of attention to the weak disciplines;regional distribution is not balanced, the cooperation needs to be improved;the effect of core journals is significant,but the distribution of achievements exhibits a little tendency to disperse ; it has variegated citation types, but lacks of attention on individual types.
