摘　　要：以已有的郊区房地产概念界定及房地产投资风险理论为基础,分析了城市郊区房地产投资风险的影响因素,并根据哈尔滨市郊区人口、房地产投资等相关数据,探讨了投资风险评价体系和相关评价指标,提出了针对于哈尔滨郊区房地产投资风险加强风险管理的措施。In this paper, taking the theory of existing real estate investment risks and suburban real estate as a foundation, analyse the influential factors of the suburban real estate investment. According to relevant population and real estate investment data of Harbin Suburban, it explores investment risk evaluation system and relevant evaluation index. Putting forward a series of main causes and strengthening the management meas- ures focus on the suburban real estate investment risks in Harbin.
