摘 要:煤中钠是影响增压流化床 (PFBC)和整体煤气化 (IGCC)发展的一个重要因素。本文对煤中钠分别在 80 0℃和 90 0℃以及富氧和贫氧两种气氛下燃烧初期的释放规律进行了研究。结果表明 ,煤中钠在燃烧初期变化不大 ,钠的释放将主要发生在煤燃烧的后期。不同形态钠在燃烧初期的变化规律不同。随燃烧时间的增加水溶钠线性减小 ,盐酸溶钠线性增加。醋酸铵溶钠在燃烧初期总体表现为增加 ,不可溶钠则总体减少。研究显示 ,不同形态钠在燃烧初期存在转化 ,并主要表现为水溶钠向盐酸溶钠的转化。温度和气氛对钠释放的影响主要取决于煤种。Sodium in coal is an important factor affecting PFBC (pressurized fluidized bed combustion) and IGCC (integrated gasification compined cycle) processes. The behavior of sodium in the initial stage of coal combustion was studied in the temperatures of 800℃ and 900℃ and at the ambience of rich-oxygen and lean-oxygen, respectively. The results showed that there were not obvious changes in the contents of sodium in the initial stage, suggesting that the release of the sodium would take place mainly in the latter stage of the combustion, namely during the char combustion. The various forms of sodium in the coal revealed a different releasing character in the initial stage. With the increase of combustion time, the water-soluble sodium deceased linearly and the hydrochloric acid-soluble sodium increased linearly. The ammonium acetate-soluble sodium showed a generally increasing tendency, while the insoluble sodium decreased in the initial stage. There was transfer among different forms of the sodium in the initial stage and the main transfer was the water-soluble sodium to the hydrochloric acid-soluble one. The effect of temperature and ambience on the release of sodium depended mostly on the type of coal.
