摘 要:对生物质热解产物 (粗煤气 )中焦油的催化裂解过程进行了实验研究。实验装置主体由一个常压鼓泡床热解反应器和一个固定床催化裂解反应器组合而成 ,生物质原料为玉米杆屑 ,催化剂分别选用煅烧石灰石和煅烧白云石。实验结果表明 ,当催化裂解反应器内温度在 80 0~ 85 0℃之间时 ,两种催化剂对粗煤气中焦油的催化裂解效果均非常明显 ,焦油裂解率均可达到 90 %以上 ,虽然煅烧石灰石的催化活性比煅烧白云石高 ,其失活速率也相对大一些。The aim of this paper is to investigate thermal and catalytic cracking characteristics of tar derived from biomass pyrolysis and gasification. The main part of the test rig is combined by a biomass pyrolysis reactor of atmospheric bubbling fluidized bed and a tar cracking reactor of fixed bed, both of them being heated electrically. Maize straw was used as the biomass feedstock in the test, and fluidized by nitrogen in the pyrolysis reactor. Calcinated limestone and dolomite as well as the regenerative dolime were choosen as the catalysts in the cracking reactor. When temperatures of fixed bed reactor are controlled between 800℃ and 850℃, with calcined dolomite and limestone tar, conversion can be higher than 90%. Calcined limestone showed higher activity and deactivity rate during the reaction than dolomite.
