多元文化背景下高校图书馆服务外籍人士策略研究——以义乌为例

摘　　要：经济的全球化、一体化、移民的普遍化带来城市发展的多元化。国际性商贸城市义乌的典型多元文化环境催生了义乌高校图书馆的多元文化服务。调查发现,义乌外籍人士多为学习型读者,对图书馆的利用率不高,且大多不了解图书馆的资源服务,而目前义乌高校图书馆面向外籍人士的服务也基本停留在借阅服务、自主学习和网络服务等基础阶段。在为外籍人士提供服务的策略方面,考虑从服务入口建设、文献资源保障体系建设、推送与宣传等6个方面进行探索。As an international trade city, Yiwu＇s multicultural environment makes university library service for foreigners necessary. The survey shows that most of the foreigners in Yiwu are the learning readers, and they don＇t go to the university libraries frequently. Moreover, they are not familiar with the library resources and services. At present, Yiwu university library services for foreigners are basic such as loan service, self studying room and network service. Therefore, the strategy of services for foreign readers should be considered, which includes the ways such as service entrance, resource system construction, pushing and promotion.
