摘  要:采用微波辐射和赤霉素处理对解除滇牡丹下胚轴休眠的效果及不同基质对滇牡丹种子生根、发芽和幼苗生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,微波处理与赤霉素对解除滇牡丹下胚轴休眠具有同等作用,微波辐射15 s处理就能促进种子提前12天生根,用400 mg/L赤霉素浸泡胚根大于3 cm的种子2 h,种子1个星期后即可发芽。苔藓—腐殖土(3︰1)作为育苗基质,其容重小、保水性好、有机质含量高,有利于提高滇牡丹种子的生根率及生根质量,促进幼苗的生长。The effects of microwave irradiation and GA3 on breaking hypocotyl dormancy of Paeonia delavayi, and effects of different substrates on seeds rooting, seeds germination, and seedling growth were studied. The result showed that both microwave irradiation and GA3, could play important role in breaking hypocotyl dormancy of Paeonia delavayi seeds. Microwave irradiating in 15 s could facilitate advance seeds rooting 12 d, and seeds could sprout just one week later if these seeds were treated by 400 mg/L GA3 in 2 h and their embryonic roots were over 3 cm. Moss-humus (3 : 1 ), as seedling substrate, with small bulk density, good water retention, high content of organic substance, could improve the quality of rooting rate rooting, and facilite seedling growth.
