大鼠淋巴细胞对绵羊红细胞破坏作用的电镜观察

摘　　要：大鼠外周血淋巴细胞与绵羊红细胞(SRBC)在含Ca^(++)、Mg^(++)的Hanks液中,37℃温育4h后,进行扫描电镜观察。发现淋巴细胞与SRBC紧密接触,SRBC表面出现孔隙,形态改变。根据过去的实验认为起这种作用的淋巴细胞是NK细胞,NK细胞引起SRBC穿孔和破坏很可能是通过它所释放的某些物质。Rat lymphocytes were incubated with sheep erythrocytes (SRBC) in the Hankssolution containing Ca^(++) and Mg^(++) at 37℃ for fours. The cells were observed underscanning electronmicroscope. We found that the lymphocytes (mainly NK cells) and SRBCcome into contact with each other, and some holes appeared on the cytomembrane of some ofthe SRBC. Also, the size and form of the SRBC were changed. The destruction of the SRBCby the NK cells may be caused by some materials released by the latter cells.
