摘 要:以油茶闽43#优良无性系为试材,在田间采用随机区组试验方法,研究了油茶芽苗砧胚茎劈接和切接两种嫁接方法对油茶苗木田间繁育成效的影响,结果表明:嫁接方法是影响油茶优良无性系芽苗砧嫁接育苗成效的关键因素之一,不同嫁接方法对油茶优良无性系芽苗砧嫁接苗的成活率、苗木高度和地径存在不同的影响,其中对成活率的影响达显著水平,对苗木高度的影响达极显著水平,而对地径的影响则不显著;用油茶芽苗砧胚茎切接技术繁育油茶优良无性系苗木的平均成活率、苗高和地径比用油茶芽苗砧胚茎劈接技术繁育的油茶苗分别提高8.0%、19.0%和10.1%,且嫁接口愈合好,苗木生长良好。Taking Camellia Min 43# clones as test materials, this article uses randomized block experiment method in the field to study the effects of the cleft grafting technique and cut grafting technique of Camellia oleifera bud seedling anvil tigella on seedlings breeding of Camellia oleifera in the field. The results prove that: the grafting technology is one of key factors affecting the grafting seedling effectiveness of superior clones of Camellia oleifera seedlings; different grafting techniques have different influences on the survival rate, seedling height and ground diameter of superior clones of Camellia oleifera seedlings, of which influence on the survival rate is significant, on seedling height is extremely significant, and on the ground diameter is insignificant; the cut grafting technique, with married interface healing well and seedling growing well, is respectively 8.0 %, 19.0 % and 10.1 % higher in average survival rate, seedling height and ground diameter than the cleft grafting technique.
