摘　　要：利用叶盘法转化 ,以苗龄 10天的子叶为外植体 ,在筛选培养基上 ,经过芽诱导、根诱导获得转基因再生植株 ,再移入土壤进行田间筛选 ,获最能够稳定遗传的转基因耐贮藏番茄新品种。通过回交方法 。Using the leaf disc method transgene regenerated plants have been obtained from cotyledons of 10 days old seedling by shoot induction and root induction. Transplant it into soil and select several times then obtain long keeping transgene tomato varieties .By the back cross method other fine tomato varieties are transformed .
