摘 要:针对目前我国土地复垦体系不健全,新技术和新理论研究较少,土地复垦率低的现状,将可拓法引入土地复垦潜力评价中。我国东部高潜水位平原矿区存在严重的塌陷积水特征,基于此构建了基于可拓法的高潜水位矿区复垦潜力评价系统。通过实例分析,并与传统的模糊数学法进行比较,结果具有一致性,与实际情况相符,验证了该评价法在高潜水位矿区复垦潜力评价中的可行性。该方法在评价过程中避免了人为主观性,从定性和定量的角度解决矿区复垦潜力评价问题,并有效地预测复垦潜力变化趋势,结果直观可靠。Aimed at imperfect land reclamation system, less new technologies and theories, as well as low reclamation rate in China, the extension method was introduced to the assessment of land reclamation potential. The eastern plain mining area with high underground water level in China is characterized by serious subsidence seeper. In view of this, the assessment on reclama- tion potential of mining area with high underground water level was established on the basis of extension method. Through the case analysis, and the comparison with traditional fuzzy mathe- matics method, the result is consistent with actual situation, showing the feasibility of this meth- od used for the assessment on reclamation potential of mining area with high groundwater level. This method avoids the subjectivity, assesses the reclamation potential from the angle of qualita- tive and quantitative, and effectively predicts the developing trend of reclamation potential. Mo- reover, the assessment results are intuitional and reliable.
