摘　　要：当前,公务员职业道德是社会主义道德体系中一个重要组成部分,是公务员在行使公共权力、从事公务活动过程中,通过内化的信念和善恶标准,理性调节个人与个人,个人与社会之间各种关系的行为规范。新中国成立以来,我国公务员职业道德经历了一个起步、停滞、恢复和全面发展四个阶段。伴随着《公务员法》的颁布和实施,我国的公务员制度发展到一个新阶段。因此,通过研究公务员职业道德问题,找出公务员职业道德失范原因,对于我国建立、健全公务员制度,积极探索和改革公务员职业道德问题有着重要意义。同时,它也是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义核心价值观的必要手段,是加强廉政建设和全社会风气好转的关键,是建设服务型政府构建和谐社会的基本要求。At present,civil servants occupation ethics is an important part of the socialist moral system,as a civil servant in the exercise of public power,to engage in public service activities in the process,through the internalization of faith and the standard of good and evil,rational adjusting individual and personal,behavioral norms between individuals and society all kinds of relations. Since the establishment of the civil service Chinese, occupation morality in China after a start,stagnation,recovery and overall development in four stages. With the promulgation and implementation of "Civil Servant Law",China's civil service system development to a new stage. Therefore,through the study of civil servants occupation moral problems,find out the cause of civil servants occupation morality,to perfect the system of civil servants,in our country,is of great significance to actively explore and reform the civil service occupation moral problem. At the same time,it also carries out Scientific Outlook on Development,constructing the necessary means of socialist core values,is the key to strengthen the construction of a clean government and the whole society better,is the basic requirement of building a service-oriented government to build a harmonious society.
