摘  要:目的探讨乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因多态性与老年急性冠脉综合征的关系,为临床防治冠心病提供实验依据。方法 108例冠心病患者按临床类型分为心肌梗死组(myocardial infarction,MI)32例、非心肌梗死组76例;又可分为急性冠脉综合征组(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)90例和非急性冠脉综合症组18例。对照组(非冠心病者)26例,采用DNA微阵列芯片法检测ALDH2基因多态性。结果 ALDH2基因型在MI组的分布及MI组基因突变率与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。ALDH2基因型在ACS组的分布及ACS组基因突变率与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。突变型患者HDL-C和载脂蛋白A1的水平低于野生型对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 ALDH2基因多态性与急性冠脉综合征的发生可能有一定关系。ALDH2基因突变可能增加老年人罹患ACS的风险。ALDH2突变型基因可能降低HDL-C和载脂蛋白A1的水平。[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation between the aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) gene poly- morphisms in elderly patients with acute coronary syndromein order to provide experimental evidence for the preven- tion and treatment of coronary heart disease. [ Methods ] One hundred and eight patients identified by coronary an- gioplasty(coronary narrow~〉50%) were divided into four subgroups: MI, non-MI, ACS and non-ACS.26 healthy peo- ple without CHDwere used as the control group. DNA microarray was performed to screen the ALDH2 Glu487Lys gene polymorphisrn. [ Results ] Subgroup analysis showed obvious statistical difference of ALDH2 genotype distribu- tion both between MI subgroup and control group(P 〈0.05) and between ACS subgroup and control group (P 〈0.05). ALDH2 gene mutation rate in MI subgroup and in ACS subgroup were higher than control group. The level of HDL- C and apolipoproteinA1 in mutated patients was lower than that in control group. [ Conclusion] There maybe a cer- tain association between ALDH2 genetic polymorphism and acute coronary syndrome. The ALDH2 gene mutation may increase the risk of the elderly suffering from ACS, and it may reduce the level of HDL-C and apolipoprotein A1
