摘  要:[目的]为了分析在20%PEG模拟干旱条件下喷施浓度为1μmol/L的冠菌素对小麦幼苗形态及抗氧化酶活性等的影响。[方法]以冬小麦品种济麦22和良星99为试验材料,采用室内水培方法,设置4个处理(CK+QS,全营养液+喷施清水;CK+COR,全营养液+喷施COR;PEG+QS,PEG处理+喷施清水;PEG+COR,PEG处理+喷施COR)。[结果]在干旱胁迫条件下,与喷施清水处理相比,喷施浓度为1μmol/L的冠菌素能显著提高冬小麦株高、根生长量、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及SOD、POD和CAT的活性。此外,在正常生长条件下,喷施冠菌素也同样能起到促进小麦幼苗生长和提高抗氧化酶活性的作用。[结论]冠菌素作为一种新型植物生长调节剂对缓解干旱胁迫对冬小麦苗期生长的影响具有潜在的应用价值。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of coronatine (COR) on wheat seedling morphogenesis and antioxidant enzyme activities under simulated drought conditions by 20% polyethylene glycol(PEG6000). [ Method] Jimai 22 (drought-resistant variety) and Li- angxing 99 (drought-sensitive variety) were cultivated in indoor water culture. The experiment was composed of four treatments, including CK + spraying water, CK + spraying COR PEG + Water and PEG + COR. [ Result] Spraying coronatine in an aqueous solution of 1 μmol/L could significantly accelerate the plant height and root growth, increase the leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content, and SOD, POD and CAT activities of winter wheat seedlings grown under drought stress conditions. In addition, spraying coronatine showed a positive effect on accelerating plant growth, and increase antioxidant enzyme activities of winter wheat seedlings grown in normal water conditions. [ Conclusion] As a new-type plant growth regulator, coronatine could play a valuable role in alleviating impacts of drought stress on the growth of winter wheat seedling.
