摘 要:为解决"Y"型通风强动压巷道变形剧烈、围岩难以控制的技术难题,以潘一东井1252(1)工作面轨顺及轨顺底板巷为工程背景,在对巷道支护现状进行分析的基础上,按照"采前加固"、"采后维护",分区段治理的围岩控制及加固原则,分别采取以中空注浆锚索为主体的锚喷注支护和预应力加长锚索主动加固支护,有效地控制住了巷道围岩的剧烈变形。采用数值模拟及巷道变形量观测的方法对加固效果进行了检验。结果表明,工作面采过第二联络巷后,轨顺底板巷顶底板和两帮移近量分别为1 180 mm和675 mm;留巷后轨顺顶板下沉量、底鼓量及实体帮位移量分别为150、780、360 mm,说明经过强动压影响后,巷道围岩得到有效控制,从而保证了Y型通风工作面回风通道的畅通。In order to solve the technical problems that the roadway defolmation with Y type ventilation was intense and the surrounding rock was difficult to control under the influences of the serious dynamic pressure, choosing track crossheading and the floor roadway of 1252 ( 1 ) working face in Panyidong Coal Mine as the engineering background, based on evaluation and analysis of roadway support sit- uation, according to the reinforcement principle contained " strengthening before mining" and " maintaining after mining" and control by stages, the bolting and jetting support technology made up of grouting anchor, bolting exterior and shelf inside support technology, pre - stressed lengthening anchor technology were used to control the deformation of surrounding rock. The effect of reinforcement was tested by numerical simulation and observation of roadway deformation. The result shows that after the mining workface crossed the sec- ond crosscut, the convergence of the roof and floor of the floor roadway and the two sidewalls is 1180 mm and 675 mm, roof subsid- ence, floor heave and two walls displacement volume of track crossheading was 150,780,360 mm after gob - side entry retaining. The deformation of the gateways were effectively controlled and the channel of return air in working face with Y type ventilation was ensured to be unblocked.
