摘 要:目的研究不同种类脑膜炎患儿脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值。方法选择2012年3月—2013年5月绍兴第二医院收治的108例疑似脑膜炎患儿作为研究对象,根据检查结果,其中19例非脑膜炎患儿作为对照组,化脓性脑膜炎组(即化脑组)45例,结核性脑膜炎组(即结脑组)21例,另外23例为病毒性脑膜炎患儿(即病脑组)。测定并对比各组患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量,分析计算其含量比值。结果病脑组患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化脑组与结脑组脑脊液及血浆中蛋白含量比值明显高于对照组,而糖含量比值明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。化脑组氯化物含量比值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结脑组氯化物含量比值较其他组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论对脑膜炎患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值进行计算,对于诊断脑膜炎较为准确,且其简单经济,值得推广应用。Objective To study the contents ratio of protein,sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of dif- ferent types of meningitis. Methods 108 cases of children with suspected meningitis were treated from March 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital as the research object, according to the inspection results, included 19 cases of non meningitis of children as a control group,45 cases of purulent meningitis group (the PM group) ,21 patients with tuberculous meningitis group (brain group ), another 23 cases of virus meningitis (brain disease group). Determination and comparison of contents of protein, sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of two groups patients were performed, and the content ra- tio was analyzed. Results Content ratio of protein sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of brain disease group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) , compared with the control group;contents ratio of protein, sugar and chlo- ride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma in the group with purulent meningitis and CSF group were significantly higher than those in control group, and sugar content was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between the brain groups, chloride content ratio and the control groups(P 〉 0.05 ) ;chloride content ratio of CSF group decreased obviously compared with other groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion To calculate the contents ratio of protein, sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of meningitis, for the diagnosis of meningitis was more accurate, simple and economic, and it was worthy of popularization and application.
