血液透析相关红眼综合症的预防与护理

摘　　要：目的总结血液透析相关红眼症的护理要点,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,延长患者长期存活率。方法对血液净化中心10例血透相关红眼患者问诊和眼科检查,包括裂隙灯检查,血生化检查。采取相应的护理与预防措施:严格控制血磷;充分透析;做好饮食、用药、心理护理;注意用眼卫生;保持大便通畅。结果患者经治疗与护理4周后,复查血磷均明显下降,5例患者红眼症状明显改善,4例双眼球结膜轻度充血,1例双眼球结膜仍有中度充血;治疗8周,患者血磷基本达标,球结膜未见充血,红眼症状完全消失,但球结膜和角膜钙化评分无改善。结论血透相关的红眼症状应引起医护人员的关注。对于透析相关红眼症状,定期监测血钙、血磷和甲状旁腺激素变化,严格控制钙磷饮食,充分透析是至关重要的。Objective To summarize the main points of nursing care for red eye syndrome associated with hemodialysis, alleviate the sufferings of patients ,improve the quality of life and long-term survival rate of patients. Methods Ten cases of red eye syndrome associated with hemodialysis received the inquiry and eye exam, including slit-lamp examination, blood biochemical examination. The corresponding nursing and prevention measures ： strictly controlling the level of blood phosphorus ; adequate dialysis ; good diet, medication, psychological care ; paying attentions to eye health ; maintaining defe- cate unobstructed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment and nursing,the blood phosphorus decreased significantly,red eye symptoms improved in 5 patients obviously,4 cases were with mild conjunctival hyperemia in both eyes, l case with mod- erate conjunctival hyperemia in both eyes. After 8 weeks of standard treatment, the level of blood phosphorus recovered to the basic level, there was no conjunctival hyperemia, red eye symptoms disappeared completely, but the conjunctival and corneal calcification score had not been improved. Conclusion In the nursing intervention of red eye syndrome associat- ed with hemodialysis, regular monitoring the levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus and PTH, strict controlling of calci- um ohost^horus diet and adeauate dialvsis are the crucial measures_
