摘 要:基于菲涅尔公式推导了P偏光以布鲁斯特角入射时测量透明组织在二维空间中的折射率分布,并设计搭建了相应的实验系统来验证该技术的可行性。实验结果表明,反射光强较小的部分对应折射率较大的物相,反射光强较大的部分对应折射率较小的物相,从而可以清晰地分辨出生物组织中的不同结构,这与理论模拟结果是一致的。此外还给出了实验误差的来源,分析了实验解析度,结果发现解析度可达0.044。该研究与传统方法相比,具有非侵入性、非破坏性、精确、快速、简单等优点。Based on Fresnel formula ,the refractive index distribution of transparent biological tissue in two-dimensional space was theoretically derived by using P polarized light incident at Brewster angle and a cor -responding experimental system was designed and constructed to verify the feasibility of this technology .The experimental result indicated that the reflected light intensity is stronger corresponding to the phase with a big -ger refractive index and the reflected light intensity is weaker corresponding to the phase with a smaller refrac -tive index.So the different structures of biological tissue can be easily distinguished by this technology and the experimental result was in agreement with that of theoretical simulation .In addition, the source of experimental error was provided and the experimental resolution was analysed detailedly .The resolution can be up to 0 .044 . Compared with the traditional methods , this method is non-invasive , non-destructive , accurate , rapid and sim-ple.
