摘　　要：目的通过分析我院2013年1—6月人血白蛋白的临床使用情况，评价其适用的合理性。方法回顾性调查我院临床科室2013年1-6月人血白蛋白的使用情况，参照人血白蛋白使用说明书，对我院人血白蛋白的临床应用进行评价。结果共有228例住院患者使用人血白蛋白，涉及23个临床科室，其中大部分为危重患者，肿瘤、肝硬化及肾病引起的水肿或腹水的患者最多，其中75％的应用与说明书上适应证相符。结论我院对人血白蛋白的应用还存在一些误区，建议各临床科室进一步学习药品说明书及相关药物应用指南，严格把握适应证，加强对血液制剂的安全应用管理。、Objective To analyze the clinical use of human albumin in our hospital from January to June 2013, and e- valuate the rationality of its application. Methods Retrospective reviewing the use of human albumin in clinical depart- ments from January to June 2013 and referencing the directions for use of human albumin, to evaluate the clinical application of human albumin. Results There were 228 inpatients used human albumin, involving 23 clinical departments. These pa- tients were mainly critically ill patients and tumor, liver cirrhosis and nephropathy induced oedema or ascites were most. 75% of the applications were consistent with indications in directions. Conclusion The application of human albu- min still existed some misunderstandings in our hospital, and suggested clinical departments to further study guide drug di- rections and the application of related drugs, strictly grasp the indications, strengthen the safety management of blood prepa- ration.
