摘　　要：黎族是海南省主要的少数民族，在海南国际旅游岛开发的背景下，少数民族文化的推广也成为旅游岛宣传的途径之一，黎族饮食具有其独特的存在价值，配合国际旅游岛开发加以推广，对海南少数民族文化传承是一大助力。The mainly minority in Hainan Province is Li minority,in the context of international tourism island in Hainan minority culture has become one of the ways to promote the tourist island, Li diet has its unique value ,with international tourism island develop- ment be promoted,the heritage of Hainan minority cultural is the most important.
