PTTG基因在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的研究垂体瘤转化基因(pituitary tumor-transforming gene,PTTG)在淋巴瘤患者中的表达,探讨其与淋巴瘤发生的关系及临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测32例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma,NHL)及10例慢性淋巴结炎患者骨髓单个核细胞(bone marrow mononuclear cell,BMMNC)中PTTG基因的表达。结果 32例NHL患者有18例(56.3%)存在PTTG基因的表达,其中外周T细胞淋巴瘤有55.6%(5/9例)、弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤有56.5%(13/23例)。NHL患者PTTG基因的表达水平明显高于慢性淋巴结炎患者(P<0.05),外周T细胞淋巴瘤和弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者PTTG基因的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PTTG基因的过度表达可能和淋巴瘤的发生发展有关。Objective To explore the expression of PTTG in patients with non-Hodgkin＆#39;s lymphoma （ NHL）, its relationship with NHL and its clinical significance.Method PTTG gene expression on bone marrow mononuclear cell （BMMNC） in 32 patients with non-hodgkin Lymphoma （NHL） and 10 patients with chronic lymphadenitis were detected by RT-PCR method. Results 18 of 32 （56.3%） cases with NHL were observed with PTTG gene expression, among which there were peripheral T cell lymphoma 55.6%（5/9 cases）, 56.5% （13/23 cases） of diffuse large B cell lymphoma.PTTG gene expression levels of patients with NHL were significantly higher than those in patients with chronic lymphadenitis （ P〈0.05 ） .PTTG gene expression difference in patients with peripheral T cell lymphoma and in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma is of no statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclu-sion The overexpression of PTTG gene may be related to the occurrence and development of lymphoma .
