超敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白a与再发急性心肌梗死的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]的血清水平与再发急性心肌梗死的关系。方法选择再发急性心肌梗死(再梗组)18例;单纯心绞痛(AP)者23例为AP组,既往有一次心梗病史的陈旧性心肌梗死(OMI)者20例为OMI组。分别测定、比较各组间hs-CRP、LP(a)的血清水平差异。结果 OMI组、AP组、再梗组hs-CRP、Lp(a)浓度逐渐升高,且各组间hs-CRP、Lp(a)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。再梗组Lp(a)和hs-CRP呈正相关性(r=0.697,P<0.001)。结论 (1)血清hs-CRP、Lp(a)浓度升高与再发急性心肌梗死的发生有极大的相关性,是再发心梗的危险因素,在预测再发心梗方面具有一定的意义;(2)冠心病患者血清Hs-CRP、Lp(a)水平随着病情的加重而相对增高,说明hs-CRP、Lp(a)与冠心病严重程度有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between hs-CRP, LP （ a） levels and acute myocardial reinfarction Meth-ods 61 cases （18 cases with acute myocardial reinfarction and 23 cases with angina pectoris and 20 cases with no symptoms） were enrolled.They were divided into three groups：reinfarction group, angina pectoris （ AP） group and OMI group.the hs-CRP and Lp （ a） in the serum of each groups were determined, and the differences of the results were compared.Results The consistency of hs-CRP and Lp （ a） among three groups （ OMI group , AP group, reinfarction group） gradually increased and was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The relationship between serum Lp （a） and hs-CRP in reinfarction groups was positive （R=0.697, P〈0.001）.Con-clusions （1） These results suggest that the rise of the consistency of hs-CRP and LP （a） has strong associations with attack of a-cute myocardial reinfarction , risk factors of acute myocardial reinfarction , and they also have certain significances in predicting recur-rence of myocardial infarction.（2） The level of blood serum hs-CRP and LP （a） of the patients with coronary heart disease increase with the seriousness of the disease, which shows that there is a significant relevance in hs-CRP and Lp （ a） and the seriousness of the coronary heart disease.
