舒适性护理方法在乳腺癌患者中的应用意义及观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用舒适性护理方法对乳腺癌患者的生活质量及相关并发症的干预作用。方法将100例乳腺癌患者按照简单随机化法随机分为对照组50例(常规护理方法);观察组50例(舒适性护理方法)应用调查问卷方式比较两组患者治疗后的生活质量评价、心理健康状况评价及相关并发症发生率。结果两组患者治疗后生活质量、心理健康状况水平比较(t=8.12,6.22,P<0.05,具有统计学差异);两组相关并发症发生率比较(χ2=4.33,P<0.05,具有统计学差异)。结论舒适性护理方法应用于乳腺癌患者中可明显改善患者生活质量,减少并发症发生率。Abstract： Objective To explore the intervention effects of applying comfort nursing on the life quality of patients with breast cancer and related complications. Methods According to a simple randomized method, 100 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group of 50 patients （receiving conventional nursing methods） and the observation group of 50 cases （receiving comfort nursing methods）. Questionnaires were used to compare life quality evaluations, mental health evaluations and related morbidi- ties of the two groups ler the treatment. Results After the treatment, there was statistically significant difference in the quality of life and mental health of both grnups （ t = 8.12, 6. 22, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in the incidence of complications （ x2 = 4. 33, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing method can significantly improve the life quality of people with breast cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
