人文关怀护理在肝癌围术期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀护理在肝癌围术期护理中的应用方法及效果。方法:将60例肝癌围术期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予人文关怀护理,比较两组患者满意度、遵医行为、焦虑状况。结果:两组患者满意度、遵医行为、焦虑状况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理可以提高肝癌围术期患者的满意度及遵医行为,改善焦虑状况。Objective：To explore the application method and effect of humanistic nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with liver cancer.Methods：60 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （30 cases in each group ） .The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the humanistic nursing was additonally given to the patients in the observation group .The patient satisfaction ,compliance behaviour and anxiety status of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patient satisfaction ,compliance behaviour and anxiety status of the patients between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The humanistic nursing can improve the satisfaction and compliance behavior of patients with liver cancer and relieve their anxiety .
