摘　　要：通过发放问卷和个体调查的方式对大学本科新生的心理压力来源进行调查研究。分析了本科新生的心理压力特征,重点包括生源地、性别以及院系因素等。在调查结果的基础上,从学生工作者的角度出发,针对本科新生体现出来的心理压力提出应对方式。By using questionnaire survey and individual investigation, the psychological pressure sources and characteristics of Beijing University of Technology freshmen were researched, thereinto, the characteristics analysis focused on origin of student, gender and department, etc. Based on the re-search results, the strategies to deal with the psychological pressure of the freshman were proposed to help student management better.
