摘　　要：针对我国载人航天工程管理中存在的问题和矛盾,探讨了如何创建更加适合我国国情的重大专项管理模式,通过研究提出了我国载人航天发展的政策建议,即在创新专项管理的同时,将政府"看得见的手"和市场"看不见的手"有机结合,开展务实有效的国际合作,推动载人航天工程又好又快发展。Considering the problems in the management of China＇s manned space program , the au-thors discussed how to create a more suitable major project management mode for China ＇s national conditions , and proposed the policy suggestions on the development of China manned space pro -gram.That is, while conducting the innovation management , the government＇s “visible hand” and the market＇s “invisible hand” should be closely integrated and effective international cooperation should be carried out to promote the sound and fast development of China manned space program .
