摘  要:目的:探讨不同护生带教方法在提升护生知识掌握能力、临床思维能力的效果。方法将参与研究的护士分为两组对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统一对一的带教方法,实验组在传统方法基础上,由老师定期采用统一培训,即“分散+集中”的培训方式。比较两组护生常用技能、理论知识以及动手能力的掌握程度。结果实验组的护生的总体技能较好。结论运用分散和集中的综合培训方式,可提高护理的教学质量,值得推广。Objective to investigate the different teachingmethods in the ascending master skills, clinical thinking ability of nursing students in the effect of knowledge.Methods the nurses in the study were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, the control group using the traditional one to one teaching method, the experimental group based on traditional method, the teacher regularly use unified training, namely "dispersing + concentration" mode of training. Masterdegree nursing students were compared between the two groups of common skills, theoretical knowledge and practical ability. Results in the experimental group,nursing students better overall skills. Conclusion thecomprehensive training mode of centralized and decentralized, to improve the teaching quality of nursing,worthy of promotion.
