黄磷炉渣的用途及应用前景研究

摘　　要：黄磷渣是黄磷生产中的副产物，它的合理有效利用直接影响到黄磷企业的生存与发展。黄磷渣的主要成分是SiO2和CaO，且多以玻璃态存在。因此可用于生产水泥的原料、磷渣水泥掺合料、制低熟料磷渣水泥和无熟料水泥。此外，还可用磷渣生产混凝土、免烧砖、路基材料、陶瓷材料、肥料、白炭黑、微晶玻璃、耐火保温纤维等，用途广泛。Yellow phosphorus slag is by-product of the production of yellow phosphorus. Its effective and reasonable use has direct impact on the survival and development of yellow phos-phorus enterprises. The main component of yellow phosphorus slag is SiO2 and CaO, which exist in glass state. So it can be used as raw material of cement, admixture of phosphorous slag ce- ment, phosphorous slag cement of low clinker and cement without clinker. In addition, it can be widely used in the production of concrete and brick, used as roadbed material, ceramic material, fertilizer, white carbon black, glass ceramics, refractory fiber, and so on.
