摘 要:为便于宁波—舟山核心港区船舶定线制的设计,在原始数据的基础上,采用基于船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)数据对辖区水域进行海上交通调查,详细分析辖区船舶航路、交叉等数据;结合船舶交通服务(Vessel Traffic Services,VTS)中心的实时数据和船舶进出宁波—舟山核心港区的传统航路,从宏观和微观角度研究该水域船舶交通特性,确定船舶定线制总体设计方案、警戒区设置及定线制水域航道宽度.该定线制实施方案表明,基于AIS海上交通调查而拟定的船舶定线制,可满足当时的设计预期,确保辖区水域船舶通航秩序,有效保障辖区水域航行安全.For the convenience of design of ship' s routeing in Ningbo-Zhoushan core harbor area, on the basis of raw data, a marine traffic investigation of the water area based on Automatic Identification System (AIS) data is carried out, and the information of ship routes and cross areas is analyzed in detail. Com- bing the real-time data of Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) center with the traditional routes of ship entering and leaving Ningbo-Zhoushan core harbor area, the ship traffic characteristics in this area are studied from macro and micro view, and the overall design scheme of ship ' s routeing, the setting of precautiona- ry area and the width of channels in it are determined. The implementation scheme of the ship' s routeing shows that the ship' s routeing based on marine traffic investigation of AIS can satisfy the expectation of design and ensure ship navigation order and safety in the area.
