摘 要:为加快颗粒化工品集装箱内衬袋物流模式的推广,对基于系统动力学的颗粒化工品集装箱内衬袋物流模式进行经济效果评价与政策模拟.利用该模式的系统动力学模型对该物流模式的环保效果、经济效果进行评价与分析.通过增加环保投入、调整运输方式间货运周转比重及能源消费结构等参数,进行政策模拟.提出推广该物流模式的若干建议,包括增加节能减排财政支出、提高铁路及内河货运比重和改善能源消费结构等.定量分析表明,该模式具有良好的资源节约性及环保性.In order to popularize the particle chemical container liner bag logistics mode speedily, the economic effect evaluation and the policy simulation on the logistics mode based on system dynamics are carried out. The environmental and economic effect of this logistics mode are analyzed and evaluated by the system dynamics model of the mode. By increasing environmental protection investment, adjusting the proportion of freight turnover among transportation modes and the energy consumption structure, the poli- cy simulation is done. Some suggestions are put forward to popularize the logistics mode, including the fi- nancial expenditure increase for energy conservation and emissions reduction, the proportion increase of railway and inland river freight and the energy consumption structure improvement. The quantitative ana- lysis shows that the mode is of good resource conservation and environmental protection.
