论地方政府性债务的创新管理

摘　　要：在地方政府性债务迅速增长、债务风险不断积聚的背景下,进行有关地方政府性债务管理的研究,具有重要而深远的意义。首先对我国地方政府性债务的现状进行了分析,然后指出当前在地方政府性债务管理中存在的主要问题,最后从创新的角度提出了加强地方政府性债务管理的建议。In the context of the rapid growth of local government debt and the debt risk accumulation, it is significant and far-reaching to research on the management for the official debt of the local government. The paper firstly analyzed the present situation of local government debt in China. Then, it point out the main problems existing in current local government debt management. Finally it put forward some suggestions to strengthen local government debt management from the innovative perspective.
