摘　　要：我国的强制性产品认证制度从2002年开始实施,经过十多年的基础建设,已形成了较为完整的组织机构体系和法律法规体系,对于各类产品质量安全、健康、环境保护等方面已经形成了专业化和统一的市场评价基础和原则,促进了国内外统一市场的形成,对整个市场秩序的建设和有效运行起到了至关重要的作用.The imperative certification system for products has been implemented since the year of 2002,which has formed specialized and unified market evaluation basis and principle to all kinds of products in aspects of environmental protection,health and quality safety,and so on.Formation of the unified market from both domestic and abroad has been promoted,which has played a key function in effective operation and construction of the entire market order.
