摘  要:针对现有的高压管汇冲蚀磨损理论,缺乏考虑高压力载荷对其冲蚀磨损的影响。通过对高压管汇冲蚀磨损的分析,得出当弯头受到内压作用时,产生的环向应力即拉伸应力明显大于轴向应力的结论。利用实验室自主研发的可施加拉伸应力的冲蚀磨损试验机,开展在不同拉伸应力作用下,冲击角为30°时,高压管汇材料40CrMo冲蚀磨损性能的实验研究。结果表明:随着应力的增大,40CrMo的冲蚀磨损率增加,抗冲蚀能力减弱。The current high pressure manifold pipe erosion wear theories are all lacking considerations of the effect caused by high pressure load. The characters of high pressure pipe manifold erosion wear were analyzed. The result shows that the band is facing the inter- nal pressure, the generated circumferential stress which is also named tensile stress, is larger than the longitudinal stress. Experiment of e- rosion wear for high pressure pipe manifold material 40CrMo was carried out with the self-developed equipment which can provide tensile stress to the sample. According to the experiment result, it is found that along with the tensile stress increasing, the erosion wear of 40CrMo is increased, and the resistance to the erosion wear of material is decreased.
